Returns and Refunds for Perfect Condition Goods (Non-Damaged or Opened)
At Gyeon Quartz USA you can shop with total peace of mind. If you purchase anything from us, and you change your mind when you receive your order, you can send it back to us for your money back.
To Request a Return & Refund:
- Please email hello@gyeonusa.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our Customer Support Team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
- You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 14 days of the order being shipped.
- Returned item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of notifying us.
- Item(s) must be in brand new, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, accessories, and manuals included and undamaged.
- Item(s) must be packed securely to ensure they are returned in original and resalable condition.
*Do not write on or attach any postage labels directly to the product packaging. Labels must be placed only on the outer shipping packaging*
Refund Value & Fees:
Your refund will be issued for the item(s) returned in acceptable condition. The actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the cost of return shipping is less than a 10% restocking fee, then the 10% restocking fee will instead be applied.
Returns and Refunds for Damaged Items
All items are sold with a Standard Warranty that ensures the items you ordered are received in good working order and can be used as intended by the manufacturer and/or as specified by us.
If an item in your order appears to have been damaged, please include photos of both the packaging and the item damaged when you notify us within 14 days of receiving; This will help us process your claim quickly.
If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, Gyeon Quartz USA expressly excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from or in any way relating to the purchase or use of the product.
